Product Add Karne Se Pehle

Products Menu Open Karein

Sabse pehle Bamas mein login karein. Left side ke menu mein Products par click karein.

Products ke andar Create Product option select karein.

Basic Information Add Karein

Ab Basic Information section mein product ki basic details enter karein.

Product Name: Product ka naam enter karein.

Barcode Symbology: Agar barcode use kar rahe hain to appropriate barcode type select karein.

Product Code: Product ka unique code enter karein.

Category: Product ki category select karein.

Sub Category: Agar available ho to sub-category select karein.

Brand: Product ka brand select karein.

Description: Zarurat ho to product ke baare mein short description likhein.

Product Image Add Karein

Product ko easily identify karne ke liye Product Images Gallery mein product image upload kar sakte hain.

Add Images par click karein aur apne computer se product image select karein.

Clear aur simple product image use karein. White ya clean background wali image product ko professional look deti hai.

Inventory Information Add Karein

Ab Inventory section mein product ki stock-related information enter karein.

Product Type select karein.
Product Unit select karein.
Sale Unit select karein.
Purchase Unit select karein.
Stock Alert quantity enter karein.
Zarurat ho to product ka weight aur dimensions add karein.

Example:
Agar shirt ka stock 5 pieces se kam ho jaye, to Stock Alert mein 5 enter kar sakte hain.

Pricing & Tax Add Karein

Ab product ki pricing information enter karein.

Warranty & Guarantee Add Karein

Agar product par warranty ya guarantee hai to Warranty & Guarantee Tracking section mein uski information add karein.

Warranty Period enter karein.
Warranty Terms add karein.
Agar product par guarantee hai to Has Guarantee select karein.

Agar product par warranty ya guarantee nahi hai, to is section ko according to your business requirement blank rakh sakte hain.

Opening Stock Add Karein

Agar aapke paas product ka existing stock already hai, to Opening Stock section mein quantity enter karein.

Yahan different warehouses ya stores ke according opening stock enter kiya ja sakta hai.

Example:
Main Warehouse: 50 pieces
Almas Store: 20 pieces
Barka Store: 15 pieces

Product Location Set Karein

Agar aap warehouse ya shop mein products ko rack ya shelf ke according organize karte hain, to Internal Location (Rack/Shelf) section use kar sakte hain.

Warehouse, store aur rack/shelf location select karein.

Example:
Warehouse → Rack A → Shelf 2

Product Options Check Karein

Options section mein product ke additional settings available hain.

Pharmacy Products Ke Liye Additional Details

Agar aap pharmacy business chala rahe hain, to Pharmacy Settings mein additional product information available hai.
